About the event

Take a holistic approach to childbirth preparation with our 'Push Prep' series at the Dream Studio Winchester, guiding you through the physical and mental preparation for the birth you desire and deserve. 

This is a series that will occur every Friday in October from 10:00-10:50 am at the Dream Studio Winchester. Your RSVP includes all 4 sessions. Please note refunds cannot be provided for this event. 

Who is this for:

  • Women who are 12-36 weeks of pregnant

What to expect:

  • A mix of pelvic health education and targeted prenatal exercise
  • Individualized exercise modifications to best support your body & birth goals
  • Resources and support to achieve your desired birth outcomes

Each class will include: 

Breathwork - how you breathe greatly impacts your pelvic health during pregnancy, birth, AND postpartum. You will learn breathing strategies to help you: 

  • Cope with pain and discomfort
  • Prevent tearing
  • Promote postpartum healing

Education - get expert guidance on how to prepare for birth in the hospital, birth center, or at home. I will provide resources and support to help you acheive the birth you desire. 

Exercise - strengthen your body and mind for a more empowered birth experience. Our classes incorporate a variety of exercises designed to:

  • Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles
  • Increase your mobility to help you relax and move more freely during labor.
  • Build endurance
