About the event

What: Restore your Core is a child-friendly, mom-focused exercise class series designed to help you heal, strengthen, and regain your pelvic floor and core function.

When: Every Friday in October from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM.

As a pelvic health therapist and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, I will guide you through targeted exercises and breathing techniques to:

  • Repair and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles: Improve bladder and bowel control, reduce pelvic organ prolapse, and enhance sexual function.
  • Rebuild your core strength: Strengthen your abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles for improved posture, stability, and overall well-being.
  • Enhance your pelvic alignment: Restore proper alignment and function of your pelvic girdle to reduce pain and discomfort.
  • Improve your overall physical and mental health: Boost your energy levels, reduce stress, and regain your confidence.

What about my child(ren)? The Dream Studio Winchester provides a safe and engaging environment for your kids to explore while you exercise. Children will also be welcome to join in on the exercises!
